The highest bidder acknowledged by the Alan Heth shall be the purchaser. In case of dispute between bidders, Alan Heth shall have the sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder. After each item‘s sale, the successful bidder will be sent a Auction Sale receipt for signature. Any offering may be pulled from auction prior to end of bidding.
The auction close date will be March 30th, 2012 at 6pm.
