Why “SCI BADGERLAND”? SCI Badgerland Chapter has a proven strategy to provide the best hunters convention possible for the mutual benefit of SCI, Badgerland Chapter, our vendors, donors and the sporting public.
Since moving to the Wisconsin Dells in 2006 SCI Badgerland Chapter has experienced steady growth in our annual convention. Our members, donors and vendors have enjoyed the bigger and better events over the past three years. This 2011 we had more people both nights and almost ran out of diner space on Saturday. Our booth space was maxed out. 2012 will be no exception other than we are moving to the Kalahari Resort with double the space for diners and exhibitors.
Wisconsin Dells is a premier resort destination city for the Midwest USA. “The Dells”, as it is known locally, is nestled between three major Interstate highways. It is accessible to the 100’s of thousands of hunters regardless of the weather. The city boasts a major casino, entertainment and nearly countless hotel and motel facilities in all price ranges. Wisconsin Dells is serviced by air from Madison, Wisconsin. Many major airlines provide excellent schedules and car rentals.
“HUNTER’S EXPO” attracts many Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois and Minnesota hunters. SCI- Badgerland Chapter will be able to showcase your outdoor oriented business to the best potential client base possible.
As we grew our sponsor and advertising program provide high walk-in traffic and hunt auction buyers to help fill your lodge or camp throughout the season. U.S. hunters are ALL deer hunters first. It is an American hunter’s #1 big game trophy animal. Trophy deer are our first love but not our only passion. There are deer worldwide as well as 100’s of other species that our members and non-member guests desire to hunt. Midwestern hunters are well known for their ability and eagerness to travel for adventure. Our economy is stronger and recreational income higher and getting more stable.
No matter what size any facility might be there is still a limit to the vendor space and we hope you see the benefit to joining us now to secure your space for 2012 and beyond.

BRONZE DONORS
100% Hunt or Merchandise Donations with a retail value of $301 – $1000 receive complimentary booth space and electricity.Merchandise donors will get website advertising.
SILVER DONORS
100% Hunt donations from $1001 to $3000 will receive complimentary booth space, electricity, website advertising and article space in HUNTERS magazine, of course dependent upon editor. (if story submitted by donors or hunter).
GOLD DONORS
100% Hunt donations of $3001 to $6000 will receive complimentary Booth space, electricity, website advertising, HUNTERS magazine article coverage, of course dependent upon editor. ( if donor or hunter submit) as well as Friday Dinner and Saturday Banquet tickets up to two persons.
PLATINUM DONORS
100 % Hunt donations in excess of $6001 will receive complimentary booth space, electricity, website advertising, HUNTERS magazine article coverage, of course dependent upon editor.( if donor or hunter submit), Friday and Saturday night meal packages and lodging for 2 nights ( Friday & Saturday ).

Chapter-2012-Hunter-Expo-in-the-Dells-Booth-Request-SCI-Badgerland
1. All Vendors must be SCI members or join Chapter and all booths need approval of banquet chairperson.
2. Booth spaces are $100 each 10′wide X 8′ deep.
2A. Corner spaces on request are $200 each. Multiple booth receive 10% discount.
3. Booth includes 1 skirted table, 2 chairs, standard pipe & drape and electric service is included.
4. Booths may not be shared without permission of SCI Badgerland Chapter Floor Manager.
5. All booths allocated on a First Come, First Served basis and/or approval of banquet chairpersons Alan Heth and Damon Mills.
6. Dinner Tickets should be can be ordered in advance.
7. Hotel reservations are the responsibility of the vendor/donor unless at the Chapter sponsored level.
8. Set-up time is 8:00 AM Jan. 20th, 2012
9. Doors Open 3:00 PM Jan. 20th and & 10am on the 21st.
10. Dinners at 7pm.
